To be successful, we knew we had to make sure the portrayal of superior quality was critical – but that alone wasn’t enough. We also had to make sure the experience of shopping on our site was better than shopping at beauty stores.
Every product is built to solve a problem, and
the best products solve problems in a way that’s simple, intuitive, and easy to use. We leveraged our stakeholder expertise and research into the market and competitors’ sites to create a user journey that was specific to user needs, placed an emphasis on simplicity, and designed to follow the logical flow of selections based on how users come to make decisions.
Our team designed the SHAE site to be as beautiful and easy to use as the extensions themselves – and we think it shows.
