Job description
Our Development department is searching for some motivated developers looking for an opportunity to build something big with a team working with some of the coolest tools a developer could build a stack with! We have frontend, backend, and full-stack roles available. This is a full-time position but will require being located in Tampa or Boston for proximity to the office. As part of our team, you’ll be involved in all usual aspects of the software development lifecycle, including R&D, brainstorming/planning, feature implementations, squashing bugs, and maintaining code repositories, but with an opportunity to contribute and expand on our cutting-edge infrastructure to make it the best it can be! We are looking for a self-starter who excels under minimal supervision and can bring value to our team early on.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Develop on either front-end or back-end architectures
  • Design and develop APIs (internal and external)
  • Collaborate with our creative team in bringing their prototypes to life
  • Improve upon existing codebases
  • Work with our creative team in implementing mock-ups
  • Talk with stakeholders about the projects you work on
  • Create documentation on the code you create
  • Occasional weekend 911 calls (very rare)
  • Senior-level candidates should have some experience leading a team

  • PHP (Laravel)
  • Vue/React
  • PostgreSQL/MySQL/Redis
  • Serverless Deployment
  • CSS Frameworks - Bootstrap, Tailwind


  • Tampa/Boston based (willing to relocate if not)
  • 2+ years experience with JavaScript (Preference to React or Vue)
  • AND/OR 2+ years experience with PHP and fluent in MVC concepts and relational databases
  • Proven experience in skill set and working on a team
  • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and time management skills
  • Ability to write easily-adaptable, well-designed code
  • Experience working with 3rd party APIs and/or CSS Frameworks
  • Experience with version control and automated code deployment
  • (Optional) Experience in Marketing, eCommerce, Health/Fitness or any client-based Industry
